Out-of-pocket costs vary by insurance providers and plans. If you would like to use insurance, please provide insurance information and we will help you determine out-of-pocket expenses.
Self-Pay Rate
A self-pay rate is available for clients who do not have insurance, choose not to use insurance, and/or organizations that desire it to pay for services on a client’s behalf. Self-pay rates are as follows:

Sliding Scale
We do not accept Medicare and only accept select Medicaid healthcare products at this time. We are able to offer a limited amount of services at a reduced rate for persons who have low-income or are experiencing financial hardships through our highly qualified Interns and Residents in Counseling.
