Group Counseling

We believe that people get better faster in groups! The power of the group comes from knowing we are not alone. It gives us the courage to learn from others, gain insight to our own lives, and try things we would previously not have tried.

​

Groups are safe places to connect with others around a shared topic or theme. Activities, discussion, and interaction are tailored depending on the type and goal of the group.

Face Your Feelings
 

Day: Mondays at 7:00pm

Start Date: 2/16/2026

Description: As humans, we are designed to feel an array of emotions. Although negative emotions like anger and sadness are uncomfortable, they serve a valuable purpose in our overall health.

 

In "Face Your Feelings," you will learn how distressing emotions can be helpful, how to accept these emotions, and unlock tools to increase your ability to tolerate distress.

Better Together:
A Couples Counseling Group

Day: Mondays at 7:00pm
Start Date:  2/16/2026
Number of Sessions: 6 (Biweekly)
Virtual Only Group 


Description:

Better Together is a 6-week counseling group for couples ready to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and reconnect on a deeper level.

​

Couples complete the BetterLove Assessment, a personalized relationship tool that offers clear insight into strengths, challenges, and patterns—creating a strong foundation for meaningful growth throughout the group. (Assessment required; completed independently via BetterLove.com, typically $35–$40 per couple.)

​

Each session includes guided conversation and practical exercises focused on communication, conflict resolution, emotional intimacy, adaptability, and love languages. Couples gain real tools they can use immediately—both in and outside of sessions.

Couples leave Better Together feeling more connected, understood, and confident in their relationship.

Healthy Self-Esteem Maintenance Group

Day: Wednesdays at 7:00pm

Description: Join our Healthy Self-Esteem Maintenance Group to continue nurturing a positive self-image and reinforcing your self-worth. This supportive group is designed for individuals who have already begun their journey towards healthy self-esteem and are seeking ongoing encouragement and guidance. Led by our experienced and compassionate counselors, you'll engage in activities and discussions that help sustain your confidence and self-love.

 

 

Whether you're looking to maintain your progress or deepen your understanding of self-esteem, this group offers a safe and empowering environment to thrive. Embrace the love you deserve and keep your self-esteem shining bright with us.

Amour De Soi: Healthy Self Esteem Improvement Group

Day: Tuesdays at 7:00pm
Start Date: 2/17/2026

Description: In "Amour De Soi," you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning practical strategies to enhance your self-esteem and self-confidence.

 

Through open discussions, experiential exercises, and shared insights, you'll uncover the roots of negative self-perception and develop tools to foster a positive self-image. Together, we'll navigate the path to self-acceptance, resilience, and personal growth. By building a foundation of healthy self-esteem, you can experience more fulfilling relationships, set and achieve meaningful goals, and lead a life infused with self-assuredness.

 

Join us in "Amour De Soi" and embark on a transformative voyage toward embracing your inherent worth and living authentically. Workbook and video module course lessons included.

Know Yourself: A Personal Insight Group

Day: Thursdays at 7:00pm

Start Date: 2/19/2025

Number of Sessions: 10 (Weekly)
Virtual Only Group

Description:

Know Yourself is a 10-week counseling group for college students and young adults who want greater self-awareness, stronger communication skills, and more confidence navigating relationships and life transitions.

​

Participants complete the Yada Assessment, a personalized tool that offers insight into personality, communication style, conflict patterns, time management, friendships, and relational strengths. (Assessment required; completed independently via Yada.com, typically ~$15.)

​

Each session blends guided discussion, reflection, and practical skill-building as participants explore their Yada results and apply them to real-life situations. Topics include communication, boundaries, emotional awareness, and personal growth.

​

Participants leave Know Yourself with clearer insight into who they are, how they relate to others, and the tools to show up more confidently in their daily lives.
