We believe that people get better faster in groups! The power of the group comes from knowing we are not alone. It gives us the courage to learn from others, gain insight to our own lives, and try things we would previously not have tried.

Groups are safe places to connect with others around a shared topic or theme. Activities, discussion, and interaction are tailored depending on the type and goal of the group.

​Empowered Voices: A BIPOC Healing Circle

Dates: Tuesdays, 5:00-6:30 p.m, Virtual

 

Duration: Weekly, Starts 02/11 - 04/29

Ages: 18+

This 12-session therapy support group offers a safe and supportive space for BIPOC to explore identity, healing, and resilience in a world shaped by racial injustice. Led by skilled facilitators, Jefferson Jones and Pragya Agarwal, the group will dive into topics such as racial trauma, cultural empowerment, self-care, and navigating systemic racism. Through shared experiences, discussions, and healing practices, participants will build community, develop coping strategies, and reclaim their power. Join us for a journey of growth, solidarity, and personal transformation in a compassionate, confidential environment.

Healthy Self Esteem Maintinence Group

Join our Healthy Self-Esteem Maintenance Group to continue nurturing a positive self-image and reinforcing your self-worth. This supportive group is designed for individuals who have already begun their journey towards healthy self-esteem and are seeking ongoing encouragement and guidance. Led by our experienced and compassionate counselors, you'll engage in activities and discussions that help sustain your confidence and self-love. Whether you're looking to maintain your progress or deepen your understanding of self-esteem, this group offers a safe and empowering environment to thrive. Embrace the love you deserve and keep your self-esteem shining bright with us.

In "Amour De Soi," you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning practical strategies to enhance your self-esteem and self-confidence. Through open discussions, experiential exercises, and shared insights, you'll uncover the roots of negative self-perception and develop tools to foster a positive self-image. Together, we'll navigate the path to self-acceptance, resilience, and personal growth. By building a foundation of healthy self-esteem, you can experience more fulfilling relationships, set and achieve meaningful goals, and lead a life infused with self-assuredness. Join us in "Amour De Soi" and embark on a transformative voyage toward embracing your inherent worth and living authentically. Workbook and video module course lessons included.
