Bio
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing issues relating to sexuality, gender identity, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a counselor, I enjoy working with clients who are seeking growth and healing and want to have more satisfying connections in their lives, as well as clients who are willing to put in the work to achieve these goals.
We all have our own unique paths to healing. Personal growth and progress toward our goals look different for everyone, and I believe there is no one “right” way to live and seek joy and fulfillment. It is my goal to meet clients where they are and empower them to forge their own path. While this kind of work comes with challenges, I believe we all have the capacity to care for ourselves and for others in a way that fosters healing.
