Bio

I believe counseling offers us the opportunity to step back from life's challenges, see the bigger picture, and discover new ways to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely accepted—a place where you don't have to face life's difficulties alone. Above all, I want every client to know one thing: You're safe here.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating life's transitions, relationship challenges, grief, substance use concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed. My counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth, self-awareness, and meaningful change. Through a collaborative and supportive relationship, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, identify what matters most to you, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. I draw from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, strengths-based, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches to support each client's unique goals.

If you're looking for a counselor who will meet you with sincerity, authenticity, and compassion, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
