Bio
I believe counseling is a tool that helps us investigate ourselves and see the world in ways we may not be able to on our own. Seeking counseling isn't a sign of weakness—it's having the courage to face the fears that may be preventing you from becoming the best version of yourself.
My approach is centered on helping clients seek balance and understanding in the fabric of life. I believe healing is not the absence of struggle, but finding meaning within it. Together, we'll work to increase your self-awareness, strengthen your confidence, and help you develop the tools to direct the narrative of your own story. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more equipped, more confident, and better prepared to navigate whatever life brings your way.
I strive to meet every client where they are with patience, curiosity, and without judgment. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feel ready for change, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
