Bio
I believe therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, process what you're going through, and feel genuinely heard and understood. You don't have to have everything figured out before coming to counseling. Instead, therapy provides the opportunity to explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward healing in a way that feels meaningful to you.
My counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person is the expert in their own life and deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel safe enough to be their authentic selves while working toward lasting growth and healing. I am especially passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and emotional challenges that can leave them feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My goal is for every client to feel seen, valued, heard, and empowered to recognize their resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
Whatever season of life you're facing, you don't have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and support as you move toward healing and hope.
